Professional Skills Contest was held in Aganneftegazgeologia

It was attended by employees of the three oil fields of the company. The event was held at the Zapadno-Mogutlorskoye oilfield  of Aganneft
As the press service of the MPC "ANGG" reported to "Uralinformburo", the  professional contest has become a tradition with the company. The main purpose of the event is  to establish corporate labor standards on the basis of investigation and distributing of best practices and the culture production, increasing  the workers’ commitment  in the improvement of professional skills, development of creative activity, increase of production efficiency and quality of work.
The professional competition was attended by more than seventy people. The contest took place in ten categories.  Oil and gas production operators,  well exploration operators, chemical analysis laboratory assistants, mechanics, oilfield equipment repairmen, welders, wiremen, instrument mechanics, pump machinists, dewatering and desalination installation operators. This year another nomination was added to the program of the competition- "The best truck driver”.
The program of the competition consists of two stages - theoretical and practical. At the theoretical stage the participants of the professional competition demonstrated their knowledge of the basics of the production process, labor protection and industrial safety. During the practical part of the competition the commission evaluated craftsmanship and professional skills of the applicants working on industrial sites.
Contest prize  winners received cash prizes, diplomas and flowers. Apart from that, the absolute winners of the contest gained 10% increase in wages, which they will receive during the year. The specialists, who took the first place in one of the ten categories, will represent Aganneftegazgeologia at the regional competition of professional skills among the Siberian enterprises of NK "RussNeft", which is traditionally held in early August at  Zapadno-Mogutlorskoye field.
