The 2-millionth ton of oil produced at the oilfield of Belkamneft.
Izhevsk. The 2-millionth from the beginning of the year ton of oil was produced at the oilfields of Belkamneft, a subsidiary of OAO NK RussNeft on June 20, 2013. Such a result was achieved due to putting into operation new capacities, applying modern oil production technologies, ad whole complex of efficient interventions at the existing producing well-stock.
Since the beginning of the year 14 new wells were put into production at the oilfields of Belkamneft. Incremental ultimate recovery received due to putting new wells into operation amounted to 28 738 tons. 574 interventions were performed at the oilfields of the company and the incremental ultimate recovery made 70 809 tons.
The main quantity of oil produced by OAO Belkamneft comes from the oilfields with hard-to-recover reserves, with high water cut, and because of that the main efforts are aimed at keeping the production level stable by applying modern oil production technologies, investments into engineering infrastructure development.
