OAO Ulyanovskneft will choose the Best Specialist
Ulyanovsk. OAO Ulyanovskneft, OAO NK RussNeft subsidiary, started the Best Specialist corporate contest. The contest for professional skills is traditionally held in summer and is attributed to celebrating the Day of Oil, Gas and Fuel Industry. Annually around 90 major specilalists of OAO Ulyanovskneft participate in it.
The main target of the contest is skills upgrade training, studying and developing of the cutting-edge methods and working practices, creative initiative development and uniting the staff.
The winners of the Best Specialist contest in 2013 will be defined in 10 categories. Masters and members of well workover and servicing brigades, operators at dehydrating and desalting facilities, mechanics and maintenance men (oil field equipment), drivers, oil and gas production operators, processing pumps mechanics, electrical and gas welders, electricians, chemists, mechanics, instrumentation and controls mechanics, well survey operators would show their professional skills. Every stage of the contest consists of theoretical and practical parts. The major assessment criteria is time, quality of the task completion, implementation of rational and safe labour methods and actions, failure free work, compliance with the HSE regulations. The competition will continue up to 15th July.
The contest winners will receive valuable prizes and 10% bonus added to the salary monthly during the year. The best employees will represent OAO Ulyanovskneft at professional skills contest at OAO NK RussNeft among the companies in Volga and Urals region in Saratov.
