OAO NAK AKI-OTYR held a workmanship competition “Best in profession”
Khanty-Mansiysk. OAO NAK AKI-OTYR, subsidiary of OAO NK RussNeft, held, for the first time, a workmanship competition “Best in profession”. One of the main goals of the competition was to increase the workmanship prestige and motivate the workers to enhance their skills.
The competition covered two professions: oil and gas production operator and dehydration and desalination plant operator. The theoretical part included checking knowledge of basic processes and HSE. The practical part included quality control of the working process. The participants commented all their actions along the fulfillment of the tasks. The winners of the workmanship competition in corresponding nominations were Ivan Yakovlev (Peschanoye field) in “Best oil and gas production operator” and Sergey Volkov (Nizhne-Shapshinskoye field oil treatment plant) in “Best dehydration and desalination plant operator”. The winners and awardees (2nd and 3d places) received monetary prizes and honorable certificates.
The winners will represent AKI-OTYR at the regional corporate competition among the Siberian group assets of RussNeft to take place in Nizhnevartovsk in August.
