All-Russia beach volleyball tournament for OAO Belkamneft awards took place in Izhevsk

The tournament was hosted by the Volleyball Federation of Udmurtia Republic. Mail teams competed on five volleyball grounds. The tournament gathered 20 teams from Samara, Perm, Naberezhnye Chelny, Nizhniy Novgorod, Voronezh, Aznakayevo, Kazan and Izhevsk. According to the beach volleyball rules, each team consisted of two players and the competitions were divided into subgroups. The team from Izhevsk (Aleksandr Borisov and Viktor Elgeshin) won the tournament. The second place was taken by Dmitry Temyashkin and Ruslan Emchenkov from Kazan. The third place was taken by Aleksey Kiselev and Dmitry Efimov from Izhevsk. The honorable fourth place was also taken by a team from Izhevsk – Kirill Soloviev and Dmitry Arsentiev. The winners were awarded with honorable certificates and monetary prizes of various values. OAO Belkamneft, subsidiary of OAO NK RussNeft, views its support to the sport activities as a priority of its social policy. The company has been funding the children Belkam-Motosport school for 12 years covering over 800 children from eight districts of the republic. The company also provides direct financial support to republican sport programs and activities.
