Saratov. OAO Saratovneftegaz, producing subsidiary of OAO NK RussNeft, adopted a new collective labour agreement between the employees and employer for 2013-2016. Its draft was developed in stringent compliance with the Labour Code of RF and Laws regulating the trade unions activities. The document was approved by a conference of OAO Saratovneftegaz employees.
The new collective agreement keeps the same scope of the previously existing set of benefits and compensations as well as the labour and recreation conditions for the employees. The scope of benefits and compensations was extended on some directions.
For instance, OAO Saratovneftegaz employees will be eligible for one-day paid leave in case of marriage of their children or birth of children. Parents of primary school students may also count on a one-day paid leave on the Day of Knowledge, September 1. Besides, compensations for professional diseases and accidents at work are significantly greater.
The new collective agreement provides also for both lump-sum payments to young specialists employed by OAO Saratovneftegaz and payment for their studies in profile universities in accordance with the needs of the company.
The collective agreement of OAO Saratovneftegaz between the employees and employer for 2013-2016 was approved under the HR management policy of OAO NK RussNeft. Its priorities are development of the personnel motivation system allowing each employee to expect a career growth and compensation corresponding to his professional level and personal contribution in the company’s business; enhancement of the employees social protection; provision of training and professional upgrade opportunities to the employees. Implementation of a number of the corporate programs allows to fully open potentials of all employees of the company.
