Nizhnevartovsk. A regional show-competition of professional workmanship among Siberian subsidiaries of NK "RussNeft" was held on the basis of the MPC "Aganneftegazgeologia" as the press service of ANGG reported to Uralinformbiuro.
The competition was attended by 36 employees of four companies: OAO MPC Aganneftegazgeologia (Novoagansk), OAO Varioganneft (Raduzhny), OAO NAC "Aki Otyr" (Khanty-Mansiysk), OOO Tomskaya neft (Tomsk).
The applicants for the title of "Best in Profession" competed in ten categories: " oil and gas operators ", "Well inspection operators," "Laboratory of Chemical Analysis," " Process pumps operators", "Operators of dewatering and desalination plants", " Oilfield equipment repairmen"," Electric and gas welders, " " Instrumentation and control technicians,"," Electrical installations wireman”, " Truck drivers."
The program of the competition consisted of two stages - theory and practice. The theoretical stage was held in the palace of culture "Geologist" in Novoagansk. The participants demonstrated their theoretical knowledge of the production process, and answered questions relating to labor protection and safety. During the practical period , which was held at West Mogutlorskoye oilfield, the jury appreciated professionalism and skills of the participants in the process of carrying out their daily activities.
According to the results of the contest in the first place in the team scoring was awarded to the team of Varioganneft (CEO Tanin Yu.N.), the specialists of this company won nine prizes. MPC "Aganneftegazgeologia" (CEO Terenin K.B.) was at the second place with 8 prizes. The third place with 7 prizes in the team was taken by OOO Tomskaya neft (CEO Garipov N.N.) and the fourth place with 4 prizes was won by the team of NAC Aki Otyr (CEO Byshov S.N.). This year, at the initiative Aganneftegazgeologia a new tradition was launched – the team that won first place in the team scoring , was awarded with the winner’s cup.
It has become a tradition with the subsidiaries of NK RussNeft to conduct regional stages of professional skills contest . They are attended by the winners of internal competitions held earlier , throughout the oil-producing holding. The main objectives of the competition are: establishment of uniform standards of corporate labor organization, dissemination of best practices and culture of production, increase of workers’ interest in improving professional skills, development of creative activity, production efficiency and work quality growth.
