RussNeft and Gubkin Russian State University continue implementing joint educational project.

Saratov. 10 school graduates from Saratov region and 2 from Ulyanovsk region started their first year at Gubkin Russian State University of Oil and Gas. The school graduates became students while joint educational project of OAO NK RussNeft and Gubkin Russian State University of Oil and Gas was being implemented.

Within the project the oil company and the university established two Regional Preparatory Departments (RPD) in Saratov (Volga region) and in Raduzhny (Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug). The classes at RPD, that has been running for three years, were traditionally held by the tutors of Gubkin Russian State Oil and Gas University. Except two visiting sessions in Saratov and Raduzhny individually developed programmes  involved also serious individual work of the graduates, which was watched tutors. The study at RPD let the graduates prepare efficiently for the final school exams and their future study at Gubkin Russian State University.
Joint educational project of OAO NK RussNeft and Gubkin Russian State University of Oil and Gas, initiated by OAO NK RussNeft President Mikhail Gutseriev, started in 2010. Both the pre-university programme and the future university course of the school graduates are funded by OAO NK RussNeft. In total 50 RPD graduates from Siberia and Volga region became the students of Gubkin Russian State Oil and Gas University within the target enrolment project, among which 23 are this year graduates.
The work organization of the regional preparatory department is an important stage in implementing the programme of the Holding for preparing young highly qualified specialists who will be sought-after by OAO NK RussNeft and the industry on the whole.
