Khanty-Mansiisk, KhMAO-Yugra. The millionth ton of oil has been produced at Shapshinskaya group of oilfields of OAO NAC AKI-OTYR (a subsidiary of OAO NK RussNeft). It is the sixth million tons of oil produced since the development had been started. At present the company’s production output outrides the targets of 2013 by 8 144 tons.

According to the Central Dispatch Office data,  the daily production output as of today amounts to 4 850 thousand tons. Production growth is being achieved  due to putting into operation new wells,  maintaining the optimal operation mode for them and introduction of the new technologies for reservoir recovery increase. In the meanwhile, the Company, for the third year running, has been compensating production of hydrocarbons  by replacement of reserves. In 2010-2012 the total increment of recoverable reserves of C1+C2 categories made up 9.335  million tons.
From the beginning of the year more than 20 well interventions have been carried out at the oilfields of the company, and the resulted incremental oil production amounted to 42.104 thousand tons. 31 wells have been put into operation. All the new wells are put into operation with application of hydrofracturing, which allows to raise their flow rate. Besides, 7 hydrofracturings effected at the wells of the producing stock  gave the possibility to increase incremental oil production by 21.3 thousand tons. Successful implementation of exploitation drilling programs and well interventions will enable OAO NAC AKI-OTYR to produce in 2013 more than 1.5 million tons of oil.
