Mikhail Gutseriev got RussNeft back
Moscow. Companies connected with Mikhail Gutseriev purchased 38.46% share of OAO Belkamneft which formerly belonged to OAO Bashneft. Mikhail Gutseriev completed the consolidation of his oil and gas assets, now holding 100% interest of OAO NK RussNeft.
The transaction cost is based on the independent market evaluation and amounted to USD 200 mln. Consolidation of control over OAO NK RussNeft will allow to considerably increase the management efficiency; create wider opportunities for dynamic development both at domestic and international markets. It will also stimulate the holding’s strategy aimed at increase of hydrocarbon production and resource balance increase.
