OAO Ulyanovskneft adopted a new collective contract

Ulyanovsk. OAO Ulyanovskneft, subsidiary of OAO NK RussNeft, adopted a collective contract for 2014-2016 at the personnel conference.

The main package of the social benefits for the company’s personnel remained unchanged and even extended in some disciplines.

It includes health resort recreation for the employees and their children; material aid; food expenses for operation personnel etc.

The collective contract for 2014-2016 has got absolutely new social guarantees as well.

Thus, in case of retirement by age or disability, the employee will receive a lump-sum benefit on the basis of the employee’s service record at the company within the first six months since the retirement age or time of disability.

The right for the lump-sum material aid is given to: first time married employees, young employees returning to the company after demobilization from the military service, participants in local conflicts by the International Warrior Day.

Financial aid will be given to families of employees having disabled children under 18 by the Disabled People Day and large families with three and more children under 16 for preparation for a new academic year.

The new collective contract emphasizes support to young specialists relying on a number of social benefits and even settlement allowance.

The personnel conference elected its representative body and approved the Personnel Representative Board Regulations.
