OAO Varioganneft tales part in implementation of the joint educational project of OAO NK RussNeft and the Russian State University for Oil & Gas named after I.M.Gubkin.

The project has existed in the Western Siberia at the basis of OAO Varioganneft in Raduzhny for already three years.  An analogous Regional Preparatory department was opened in the Volga region 4 years ago at the basis of OAO Saratovneftegas, a subsidiary of OAO NK RussNeft, in the city of Saratov. Specially devised study programs include two extra-mural sessions and serious independent work under the supervision of the RSU teachers. The principle task of the RPD is maximally efficient preparation of the students for Uniform State Exam at school and further entering the Russian State University for Oil & Gas named after I.M.Gubkin.

During the time of implementation of the joint educational project of the oil company and the main oil university of Russia more than 50 graduates from Saratov and Ulyanovsk regions and from Western Siberia became students of the Gubkin RSU for Oil & Gas. At present 16 youths from KhMAO and the Tomsk region are 1^st and 2^nd year students of the Gubkin RSU for Oil &Gas.

In November 2013 24 pupils of the final year from Western Siberia – the territory of RussNeft corporate presence – will start preparation for the entrance exam at the Gubkin RSU of Oil & Gas. The first session will take place in Raduzhny. These are the children of the employees of the Company’s subsidiaries: OAO Varioganneft, OOO Tomskaya Neft, OAO MPC Aganneftegasgeologia.

Organization of RPDs  work is the next important step in the course of implementation of the Holding’s program of training young qualified employees who will highly sought both ar RussNeft and in the industry as a whole in the near future.
