OAO NAK AKI-OTYR added new oil and gas reserves at Verkhne-Shapshinskoye field
Khanty-Mansiysk. OAO NAK AKI-OTYR (RussNeft holding subsidiary) completed calculation of oil and gas reserves in the reservoirs at Verkhne-Sahpshinskoye field. The total increment of C1+C2 recoverable oil reserves amounted to 4 mln tons.
The oil and associated gas reserves figures’ changes are determined in AC group reservoirs. Reserves increment follows effective exploration drilling and significant results of seismic exploration 3D, common depth point method.
The total increment of the recoverable oil reserves was valued at 100 mln tons within 2010-2013. Along with that effective planning of exploration drilling and exploration activities for the future years will contribute to keeping high portfolio level, with the opportunity of opening new reserves within the licenses of Khanty-Mansi block. Successful implementation of the operational program activities will allow to save the dynamic development rate of the company.
