RussNeft executed its financial obligations to build a kindergarten in Saratov
Saratov. OAO NK RussNeft executed in full its financial obligations to build a unique kindergarten in Volzhsky district of Saratov within the charity program implementation. The object is valued at 185 mln rubles and it is due for completion in Q4 2013. Both major construction works and internal decoration of the buildings have been almost finished at the moment. The site improvement, the landscape design process as well as laying of the service lines have been also completed. The children furniture and the catering equipment have been purchased.
Earlier 2012 RussNeft President, Mikhail Gutseriev decided to allocate funds to build a kindergarten for 320 children in one of the newest and the most promising districts of the regional center. The first 50 mln rubles were transferred to the account of the Administration of the Volzhsky district in Saratov in October 2012, the concluding payment was made in September 2013. Apart from that 5 mln rubles were allocated additionally for the purchase of the furniture, toys and dishware for the kindergarten.
Construction of the kindergarten in Yubileyny village is one of the major projects implemented by RussNeft in Saratov at the moment, targeting at development of the regional center’s social infrastructure. It will allow to considerably decrease social strain connected with a strong shortage of places in kindergartens of the town. It will also positively influence the social infrastructure development on the whole.
The modern complex will include three two-storey buildings – two sports grounds and 15 group equipped playgrounds.
OAO NK RussNeft and its producing subsidiary OAO Saratovneftegaz regularly implement charity programs in the regions of their operations. Many social objects, suffering from the shortage of budget assignations are significantly funded, among them hospitals, sports clubs, recreation clubs, school and pre-educational institutions.
