OAO Varioganneft is implementing exploration drilling program at the fields of Variogansky block
Raduzhny, KhMAO. OAO Varioganneft, OAO NK RussNeft subsidiary continues industrial development and involves the facilities which were not developed before. It also involves edge zones of Zapadno-Varioganskoe field within exploration drilling program at the fields of Variogansky oil block, the press-office of the company reports.
At the moment the company continues exploration drilling operations in the northern part of the major reservoir of Upper Jurassic 1 formation at Zapadno-Varioganskoye field. Exploration drilling of the forth well takes place at Pad 199.
The company plans to launch totally 32 wells at the fields of Variogansky oil block within this year. The additional output of the oil produced will make up 270 830 tons.
