Diversity of talents. Saratov oilmen take care of the gifted children

For the children
Gifted children may be named as a priority direction in the charity program of Saratovneftegaz. Hundreds of young talents take part in social projects supported by the oilmen. As we approach the New Year holidays it is worth to remember some of the projects that will stay in the memory for a long time. The oil company was a general sponsor of Oleg Tabakov Moscow Theater School. It was the first visit of the young students to the city where their prominent tutor was born and studied.

Oleg Tabakov, USSR honored artist says: “Prominent actors  of Moscow theaters, choreographers, masters of acting movement, vocal tutors work with the students of the school which is closely connected with Moscow Theater of Arts. This year brought us the first serious result: the begging actors from the third class of the college staged two graduation performances – “The Shepherd and the Shepherd Girl” and “About Love” which the Saratov audience saw. These performances have been very successful in Moscow. We express our gratitude to Saratovneftegaz: we are doing a lot all together”.

Useful summer

A lot of students of Marksovsky School of Arts spent their vacation in a junior camp Rovesnik last year, which was built by Saratov oilmen on the bank of the Volga River in Marksovsky district in 1986. Apart from that the company has been granting the vacation to the children of Interregional School of Arts for the gifted children, youngsters and tutors of Volzhskaya raduga for the second summer in a row. They had vacation and studied art simultaneously. Workshops by Vladimir Averiyanov from Surikov Academic Institute of Arts were the highlight of the program.

Svetlana Krasnoschekova, Minister of Culture of Saratov Region expressed her sincere gratitude for support which the company offers to the talented children.
We drew still-life, landscapes, views from the window as well as plein air works, says Arina Kololmiez from village Tarlikovka of the Rovensky district. “It appeared to be very difficult to draw in the air. The light is different and everything changes quickly…”
And we studied different dances says Sasha Batusov from Privolzhskoye. The students from Bogolyubov Saratov Arts School have been also receiving the opportunity to spend their vacation and get a professional training.
According to the results of the first group the assembly hall held the exhibition of the works of young artists and their elder friends. Konstantin Khudyakov, President of the Artists Union of Russia, who was also born in Saratov stressed that it is nice that there are many arts schools in Saratov region for the children. It is necessary to see the talent at a right time and to support it. That is what exactly done in Saratov region. And I would like to express special gratitude to the oilmen. There would be nothing without its participation.
Vacation time in Rovesnik came to an end, quickly as usual. But it did not mean that the artistic season came to end as well. In September RussNeft was a general sponsor of International School of Art for the gifted children Volzhskaya Raduga-2013 which was organized within the international project “Culture without limits”. This time it united young musicians from Germany, France, the Chezh Republic and Russia.  Such musical forums for young people are organized in Europe annually. This Festival was held in 2013 in Russia for the first time. OAO Saratovneftegaz created for the participants of the artistic school all the necessary conditions. Comfortable houses of vacation camp Landysh (Marksovsky district) were given to them as accommodation and the assembly hall of the children’s camp Rovesnik was provided to them for rehearsals. This vacation camp never witnessed such a majority of European languages as during these days. Professors of Saratov Conservatory came as guests to the participants of the Artistic school, among them honored and authoritative tutors V. Grachev, B. Aron and V. Kartashov. They held workshops for young artists.
Valery Radaev, the governor of Saratov region welcomed the participants in person during the solemn opening ceremony of the Artistic School and the International festival which took place in the Regional Center of Support for Talented Children on September 12. In two days after hard preparation work the children and their tutors took part in the events devoted to celebration of the day of the city of Marks. Folk instruments performers (piano accordion and accordion) formed a real combined orchestra and they performed a half an hour concert at the open-air stage in Catherine the Second park in Marks.
Holiday all the year round
Summer holidays slowly turned into autumn holidays. A unique artistic group in a popular health camp Rovesnik united the talents from the most remote areas of Rovensky district. 55 students of Local School of Arts for the Children were invited from 5-10 November to the new project: art vacation. Thanks to RussNeft support they received a unique opportunity to study art, singing and dancing not only by their well-known practically native tutors. Tutors and students of Bogolyubov Saratov Regional School of Arts, tutors of Childrens’ School of Arts No. 1 of Marks as well as arts tutor and a psychologist were tutors of the children within 6 days. The two exhibitions were organized in the lobby and the assembly hall of the main building Rovesnik on the last day of this unusual autumn artistic shift: exhibition of the works of young artists (sketches) and professionals’ exhibition (water color, oil paintings which were created in 6 days when they visited the oilmen). This exhibition evoked special interest and the special concert made the audience forget that it November outside. It was nice that autumn brought warm weather, birds signing and green grass.
New Year period is a period of making conclusions as well as the time to build plans for the future and dream. RussNeft and its subsidiary Saratovneftegaz sincerely congratulates all the participants of the artistic projects in 2013 and all the people of Saratov. The companies are sincerely sure that all the major events are coming.
