Gutseriev, President of RussNeft, elected Chairman of Neftisa Board of Directors
Moscow. Mikhail Gutseriev, President of RussNeft, was elected a Chairman of the Board of Directors of OAO NK Neftisa, Interfax reports quoting RussNeft.
The Board of Directors also includes the Vice-Presidents of RussNeft Olga Prozorovskaya, Dmitry Romanov and Oleg Gordeev. Moreover, Andrey Datsenko, a representative of Sberbank Investments, became a member of the Board of Directors of Neftisa. Sberbank Investments, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Sberbank of Russia, received 10% of Neftisa assets. The Board of Directors of Neftisa consists of eight members.
