Varioganneft summarized the results of 2013 HSE inspection-contest
Raduzhny, KhMAO. OAO Varioganneft, subsidiary of OAO NK RussNeft, summarized the results of the 2013 annual HSE competition, according to the press-service of the company.
The inspection-contest was held among NGDU-1, NGDU-2, Operation and maintenance department, Logistics and sales department for the title of the best HSE performance. Over 900 employees participated in the event.
The main summing up criteria were zero accidents, minimal number of breaches of industrial and ecological safety etc.
The prize places of the inspection-contest in the first sub-group were taken by TsDNG-6 of NGDU-1 and TsDNG-9 of NGDU-1. The winners in the second sub-group were the Oil treatment and pumping division of NGDU-1 and the Oil/gas/water pipelines operation and maintenance division of NGDU-1. The winner in the third sub-group was the Logistics and sales department. The winners will be awarded with cash bonuses.
In 2013, OAO Varioganneft continued implementation of the program for prevention from industrial injuries and mitigation of environmental impact during operation. Labour and operational discipline was kept under permanent control. Work on mitigation of significant risks at working places was performed under the accepted international standards OHSAS 18001:2007 and ISO 14001:2004. Around 500 mln rubles overall were allocated for the HSE activities, including pipelines overhaul, facilities industrial safety review, reinstatement of contaminated lands.
