OAO NK RussNeft employees were awarded MA diplomas in Lomonosov Moscow State University

The solemn award ceremony of the MA diplomas at the Higher School of Innovative Business of MSU (corporate university) was performed at Lomonosov Moscow State University. 12 young specialists of OAO NK RussNeft and its subsidiaries completed the two year course. In total more than 30 employees of the Company could get professional training at different departments of the faculty from 2010 to 2014.

The employees of the company get the second higher education within the joint educational project between RussNeft and Lomonosov Moscow State University, resumed in 2010. MA programs of the Higher School of Innovative Business at MSU were developed by the specialists of Moscow State University and NK RussNeft specialists considering actual issues which oil corporations and in particular OAO NK RussNeft are facing.

Within the implementation of the project the university selects professors and tutors and assists in developing special study courses at the faculty. NK RussNeft in its turn contributes into economic basis of the faculty including equipment of the faculty with the modern research and educational equipment, issuing of learning materials as well as pays for the course of the MA students.

Apart from that OAO NK RussNeft implements long-term program for the training of highly-qualified specialists who will be much sought after at the companies of the holding and oil industry in future.
