OAO NK RussNeft and OAO Saratovneftegaz will help to repair rural schools
Saratov. OAO NK RussNeft and its producing subsidiary Saratovneftegaz, within the framework of a wide-scale charitable program, provide, on annual basis, a significant material aid to schools and kindergartens of Saratov region.
“For example, a school in Lokh village of Novoburassky district will be repaired by the beginning of the new academic year with 800 thousand rubles allocated on the gratis basis by the oil company. Serious renovation will be done to the ground floor and façade; almost all the soft roofing material was changed.
In addition, the same amount of money was allocated to the school of Krasny Oktyabr village where the holding also has its industrial assets. The funds will be used for overhaul of the school’s heating system which is ruined.
In its turn, OAO Saratovneftegaz allocated charitable funds for upgrade of the canteen of Rovnoye municipal Kindergarten 1 hosting over one hundred children. New equipment like electrical oven, freezer and other modern kitchen items will allow to greatly improve and vary the food for children.
OAO NK RussNeft and its producing subsidiary OAO Saratovneftegaz carry out charitable activities on regular basis in the regions of their operation. Significant material aid is given to many institutions of social sphere inherently lacking budget allocations: hospitals, sport clubs, cultural centers, schools and kindergartens.

In 2012, the company took the first place in the regional phase of the all-Russia competition “Russian organization of high social effectiveness” in the nomination “For participation in addressing social problems of territories and development of corporate charity.”
