Raduzhny, KhMAO. Over 400 employees of OAO Varioganneft, subsidiary of OAO NK RussNeft, have benefited from professional training and upgrade this year under the program for continuous professional upgrade. The company allocated about 2.5 million rubles for this purpose.
Professional upgrade is available for all levels of personnel: workers, middle and top management. Various programs for professional upgrade were used including training for allied trades and HSE.
