In the districts there is acute shortage of cars, the same problem is faced by the towns’ first-aid emergency stations. The first-aid emergency station of Grozny attends to the entire community and has only 25 ambulances. Deputy Health Minister of the Republic of Chechnya Isa Dudayev informed that three of the ambulances donated by Mikhail Gutseriev had been delivered to this station.
