"AK&M". Ministry of Natural Resources to Check License Observance at 13 Oilfields by the “Daughters” of RussNeft, Sibneft and a Number of Other Companies.

The License Observance Commission of RF Natural Resources Ministry (MPR) is to check 13 sites located in Khanty-Mansiysky (KhMAO), Yamalo-Nenetsky (YaNAO) and Nenetsky Autonomous Regions (NAO), as well as in the Republic of Dagestan and in Sverdlovsk Oblast, according the information of MPR.

Specifically the Commission is going to analyze the performance of the oil and gas extraction licenses at Nizhne-Shapshinskoye, Verkhne-Shapshinskoye and Sredne-Shapshinskoye oilfields of KhMAO, possessed by NK Aki-Otyr OAO, a subsidiary of RussNeft. 
The Commission will also go into the details of the licenses on exploration, prospecting and estimation of the crude oil reserves in the northern part of Khoreyverskaya Valley (Danao Engineering OOO), at Zapadno-Efremsky and Yambotinsky sites (Severgeologiya ZAO), as well as Tibeyvissky and Lizatynsky sites on the territory of Nenetsky Autonomous Region (Severgasnefteprom ZAO).
Besides the attention will be paid to the licenses on geological study and extraction of the crude oil and gas resources over the areas of Vostochniye Miatly and Vostochny Kapchugai, belonging to Fuel and Energy Complex Geotermneftegaz OAO in the Republic of Dagestan, as well as Block No 3 oilfield named Dmitrovsky in the possession of Kasoil OOO, a Rosneft‘s “granddaughter”.
MPR Commission is going to analyze performance of the licenses on gas and oil extraction at Severo-Yangtinsk oilfield in YaNAO, possessed by Sibneft-Noyabrskneftegaz, as well as Malishevsk emerald field exploration (Zelen Kamen ZAO) license in Sverdlovsk District.
