RussNeft Opens a Representative Office in Krasnodar Region
The Board of Directors of NK RussNeft OAO has taken a decision to open a representative office of the company in the Krasnodarsky krai. The Board has made a provision for opening the representative office of RussNeft in the Krasnodarsky krai by introducing respective amendments in the statute of the company and charged RussNeft President Mikhail Gutseriev with appointing the head of the representative office.
This is to remind that since January 2006 RussNeft has assumed responsibility and operational control over ‘Krasnodar Oil Refinery – Krasnodarekoneft, ZAO’. The Krasnodar Oil Refinery is a producer of high quality feed for petrochemistry. The refinery also produces diesel fuel and bitumen for road industry. It is the only this country’s producer of higher density jet-engine fuel. Its annual refining capacity amounts to 3.1 million tons. It is in the end of 2005 that RussNeft struck the deal about buying 75% stake at the Krasnodar Oil Refinery.
Oil Company RussNeft OAO is vertically integrated oil holding, structuring 30 oil producers, 3 oil refineries, 2 transport companies, and a retail network numbering 300 gas-filling complexes. The enterprises of the company are situated in 17 regions of Russia and CIS. The total recoverable reserves of RussNeft exceed 630 million tons. Its annual oil output has reached 17 million tons.
