Oilers have assessed the best workers

Annual inspection-contest ‘The Best in the Profession’ have taken place in Saratovneftegas and its service subsidiaries.

Oil and gas pumpers, commercial operators, service pump mechanics, instruments and meters mechanics, chemical analysis lab assistants, well servicing and well-workover operation shift teams, remedial maintenance of oil field equipment mechanics, electrical/gas welders, turners, electricians and drivers have taken part in the competition.
The participants demonstrated not only practical skills but have also passed examinations on theory and sustained tests on industrial safety and ecology.
Firstly, the inspection-contest took place at the Pravoberezhnoye administration of support service vehicles (drivers of vehicles UAZ, KAMAZ and ZIL), in a couple of days Special Transport Management Office Zavolzhskoye and ZAO Geophizsevice picked up the slack. On June, 29 OOO Saratovenergoneft held a competition for electrical equipment operation teams and electricians. On July, 6 and 7 ZAO UPNP & KRS held an inspection-contest for workover crews and oilwell service crews.
On July, 11 there took place a competition for electrical/gas welders, turners and maintenance persons from ZAO Service Centre Neftepromislovogo I Burovogo Oborudovaniya (Oil and Gas Field, New Drilling Equipment Service Centre) and workers of essential professions from ZAO Saratovneftegas (oil and gas pumpers, commercial pumpers, service pump mechanics, instruments and meters mechanics, chemical analysis lab assistants).
All inspection-contest winners have got wage increment during this year. Besides, in August they will participate in a corporate-wide contest for NK  RussNeft companies of Volgo-Uralskii region, which will take place in Udmurtia.
