President of RussNeft Mikhail Gutseriev has had a meeting with President of Udmurtia Alexander Volkov.
As a result of the negotiation an agreement on cooperation has been signed; it will enable to carry out a range of welfare projects in the republic. First and foremost, to fund the construction of an oil department of the Udmurt State University.
