Russneft is planning to increase gas filling stations net “GRAND” from 95 to 130 by 2009.

During this period the company is going, in particular, to build 13-15 new filling stations, “medium” and “premium” class, to purchase 3-4 minor net operators (4-5 filling stations each), to reconstruct 3 existing filling stations and transfer them to “premium” class, says the bond issue prospectus  of ZAO Association “GRAND”.  The document also underlines that Association “GRAND” is planning to continue participating in all important tenders for sale of sites meant for building gas filling stations, besides, the company is going to purchase its own oil tank farm which will provide supplies  to all the filling stations of the company and permit to set up an own motor transport enterprise.
According to the project,  in 2005 Association “GRAND” almost doubled its net profit  - up to 70.71 million rubles, sale proceeds increased by 5/5%, up to 4/5 billion rubles.
In the first half of 2006 the company’s net profit increased by 46% - up to 39/5 million rubles, and sale proceeds increased 1.7 times, up to 3.1 billion rubles.   
As it was said earlier, RussNeft purchased ZAO Association “GRAND”, the operator of the largest gas filling stations net in Moscow and in Moscow Region, in 2005. According to one of the participants of the fuel market of the capital, assumed value of the operation amounted to $ 100 million.
Association “GRAND” is included in the structure of RussNeft. According to the data of the prospectus, 16.2% of the company’s shares is owned by Sterra Limited, Orest Limited, Lorston Trade Limited, Rionet Finance Limited, Trade Systems Inc. and Longhill Trading Limited.
ZAO Association “GRAND” has been at Moscow wholesale and retail oil products markets   since 1992. At present ZAO Association “GRAND” is operating the gas filling stations net in Moscow. The net encompasses 95 gas filling complexes which makes 12% of retail fuel market of Moscow and Moscow region.
