OAO Oil & Gas Company “RussNeft” has won the All-Russian contest “The Best Accounting Department in Russia - 2006”. The aim of the contest is to provide social encouragement to the best accounting departments of enterprises and institutions engaged in different spheres of business and of different forms of ownership, which successfully resolve the problems of efficient organization and implementation of accounting in present-day conditions.
The winners of the contest “The Best Accounting Department in Russia-2006”, which has been held since 2004, are determined by the competent Expert Council, which comprises leading specialists in the field of reformation and modernization of state financial systems in conformity with the main world tendencies of accounting development.
The contest is held under the patronage of the Accounts Chamber of the Russian Federation and the Association of Accountants and Auditors of the RF.
