A “Golden” Prize from Power Engineers
OAO “Neftemaslozavod” (a subsidiary of OAO Oil and Gas Company “RussNeft” has won the third All-Russian contest among heat and electrical energy consumers, “Golden Tangent Tower”, arranged by RAO “UES of Russia” and the Ministry of Industry and Power.
The company was pronounced the best heat and electrical energy consumer in the category of industrial consumers in 2006, and was awarded two diplomas of RAO “UES of Russia” and its subsidiary joint stock companies: OAO “Orenburgskaya Teplogenerirueushchaya Kompania”
and OAO “Orenburgenergosbyt”. The criteria determining the winner were: strict fulfillment of contract obligations, null indebtedness, regular and stable payments for the power consumed, timely current payments, introduction of power-saving technologies.
The fact that two independently functioning companies have awarded OAO “Neftemaslozavod” the diplomas “For Contribution into Power System of the Region and Conscientious Fulfillment of the Obligations to Power Engineering in 2006” confirms appraisal of the plant’s work.
The high estimation given by power engineers resulted from the measures taken in cooperation with the specialists of the Department of Oil Refining and Petrochemistry of OAO Oil and Gas Company “RussNeft” in the field of optimization of power consumption conditions.
