«Orsknefteorgsyntez» accepts a cycle loading rack from Germans

Gubaydula Shayzadovich visited the “Shertser” company to take over the equipment for the refinery in Orsk. The block of a cycle loading rack for light petroleum products is expected to arrive in the beginning of October. There are only five blocks like that on the territory of the CIS
That is quite a considerable purchase for the refinery.
The total volume of investments was approximately 700 million rubles. The block comprises a loading unit, a vapour recovery block and a pumping station. The system is practically completely automated. The process of loading is controlled by the LOADEX system which is connected to the net system of the refinery through the computers of the loading station and provides the input of the data on cars, petroleum products and their quantity to the remote control of the operator of the refinery. To load at two lines there will be provided simultaneously 40 tank cars of 60-125 tons of capacity. In contrast to ordinary oil-loading racks that take several hours to load tank cars with petroleum products, this unit can load a tank in several minutes. The secret of such a rapid operation is that it works under the condition of high pressure which helps to reduce the off-period. On the top of that the unit has certain advantages in terms of ecology as all the joints are hermetic and consequently leak of petroleum products can be avoided and atmosphere emissions are absolutely minimized. Gasoline vapors escaping while loading are absorbed and returned into the production process. The block will operate on the 24-hour basis all the year round. It is supposed that after the installation and bringing into service this block will secure the capacity of 3,6 million tons per year.
Introduction of modern technologies is very money consuming, but reasonable. Updated production testifies to level of culture and availability of new responsibilities. Thus, according to 6 months’ results this year OAO “Orsknefteorsyntez” has placed 1 billion 619 million 489 thousand rubles into various budgets and extra-budgetary funds. Modernized equipment allows to increase profit and production efficiency, as well as to low costs.
It should be also mentioned that in the beginning of this year “Orsnefteorsuntez” conducted repair works with reconstruction and modernization. For these purposes RussNeft allocated considerable funds: for 7 months – 432 million 692 thousand rubles including 156 million 926 thousand rubles to replace obsolete equipment and 219 million 677 thousand rubles to conduct repair works.
