Industrial facilities of ОАО «Orsknefteorgsyntez» have been subjected to audit
According to the press – service of OAO “Orsnefteorsyntez”, financial audit is fulfilled at the subsidiary of “RussNeft”. For the whole year representatives from “Orgenergoneft”, an independent licensed entity from Samara, have been performing the audit at the plant. The experts were very meticulous while examining and estimating the conditions of the industrial facilities.
Why has it become necessary to perform such an expensive procedure? - Mr. Panferov, deputy director of the department of labor and industrial safety, was asked.
Every year requirements for fire hazardous types of production in terms of industrial safety, ecology and labor safety are increasing. From time to time we receive new subordinate acts and carry out certain works to bring into compliance industrial sites. In 2006 the executives made a decision to carry out technical audit. Audit experts took into consideration regular and current repair works of the installations, grasped the essence of the procedures and peculiarities of the equipment. If the norms are not observed for a certain piece of equipment it was no longer put into operation. It can be easily understood due to the fact that safety of employees is the most important.
The recommendation of the auditors served as the basis for a new program which is being prepared at “Orsknefteorgsyntez”. Thus, another step to technical modernization and reinforcement of industrial safety of the Orsk refinery has been done.
