OAO "Saratovneftegas" (incorporated in the structure of "RussNeft" company) overstripped pipelines reconstruction target figures last year. For this purpose the plant spent over 34 million rubles.
Depreciation of pipelines is the cause of many ecological incidents which sometimes occur at the territory of the region. That is why "Saratovneftegas" has lately paid special attention to reconstruction and capital repairs of pipelines.
Several segments of pipelines at the most ecologically dangerous areas are being replaced by pipes of high corrosive resistance or pipes with external and internal isolation.
