Orenburg, March 19, INTERFAX – OAO “Orsknefteorgsintez”, a subsidiary of OAO NK “RussNeft” plans to saaingn to payment of dividends 20 million 261.790 thousand rubles of its net profit for 2007 which amounted to 675 million 053.283 thousand rubles, according to the company’s report.
By the results of 2996 the company received net profit in amount of 551.857 million rubles. Thus, last year net profit increased by 22.3%.
It is highlighted in the report that the Board of Directors of AO recommended to its shareholders to adopt decision to pay the dividends for preferred shares in amount of 17 rubles for 0.2 rubles par value stock. The major part of the net profit – 654 million 791.442 thousand rubles is to be assigned to development. The charter capital of the AO is divided into 3 million 575.615 thousand ordinary shares and 1 million 191.87 thousand preferred shares 0.2 rubles par value.
NK RussNeft” owns 925658% of the charter capital of the company (98/0331 ordinary shares).
