Inside 4 months "Belkamneft" produced more than 1,3 mln tons of oil
OAO "Belkamneft", a subsidiary of OAO NK RussNeft, gave out the results of its work for 4 months of 2008. The extent of oil production made up 1 300,01 thous. tons by plan numbers of 1 289,401 thous. tons.
From the beginning of the year in the oilfields of OAO "Belkamneft" there were carried out 261 geological and engineering operations, oriented to the rise of oil production rate, that is 18,1 % more than it was planned. Intensive application of geological and engineering operations allows the Company not only to maintain oil production rate in the oilfields, being in the last stage of development, but to increase oil recovery.
In terms of licensing agreements, during the period of January to April of the current year, a group of enterprises came onstream 10 new oil wells at Vostochno-Postolskoye, Chernovskoye, Smolnikovskoye, Byginskoye, Patrakovskoye, Pogranichnoye and Arlanskoye oilfields.
