"Belkamneft" is going to invest profit for 2007 in development
Izhevsk. June, 18. INTERFAX-VOLGA REGION- At the annual meeting in the end of May the shareholders of ОАО "Belkamneft" (a subsidiary of "RussNeft") decided not to pay dividends for 2007 and to invest net profit in amount of 307,654 mln Rubles in development, as it is said in the report of the enterprise.
According to the results of 2006 the enterprise also didn't pay dividends and invested net profit in the amount of 129,263 mln Rubles in the development.
In the course of the meeting the shareholders also approved annual accounts and accounting balance-sheet, elected the Board of Directors and the Board of Audit, chose OOO "Audit - new technologies" as the Auditor. Besides, a number of deals was approved. In particular, "RussNeft" is going to supply the enterprise with commodities and materials in the amount of 2 bln 622 mln 736,91 thous Rubles.
