New occupants were given a concert before they could see their new apartments
127 apartments in the house on Marshala Zhukova street await their new occupants. Yesterday there was organized celebration devoted to this occasion. Of course, it's hard to fancy Moscow or Saint-Petersburg, where every day thousands of square metres are put in commission, celebrating such event with concert, lottery and participation of all regional and municipal administration. But in Orsk multistoried buildings, with the gardens, playground, parking places, cable TV, internet and other modern facilities, are constructed not so often.
Alexey Chernyshov, the regional Governor, Yury Berg, the mayor of Orsk, Alexander Kunilovsky, the General Director of "LikosStroy" and the Member of Legislative Assembly, Vladimir Pilyugin, the General Director of "Orsknefteorgsintez" and the Member of Legislative Assembly - they are only a few people who arrived in Orsk to the event.
Opening speech was made by Alexander Kunilovsky, the General Director of "LikosStroy". By the way, "LikosStroy" operates on the construction market of Russia for more than 15 years, in the Orenburg Region it succesfully erects houses since 2001, and foundation for the first house in Orsk was laid in 2006. And here's a result.
– The house was built for about 2 years, it's a little bit too much, as things go nowadays. The buildings of the kind should be constructed in one year, - confessed Alexander Kunilovsky. - But it's always hard to make a start in the new place. I'm sure, that it'll be easier later on. Even today work on two construction sites is in progress. Next year it's planned to build two more houses. A special thanks for my colleague Vladimir Pilyugin. It was he, who offered "LikosStroy" to put up in Orsk. Today more than 40 families of the employees from ONOS give a house-warming. And Orsk became strategical for our Holding.
Alexey Chernyshov, the Governor of the Orenburg Region, congratulated the new occupants and noticed, that housebuilding in the Region is on the rise now. From 2000 to 2007 the number of new buildings increased by two times. By 2010 it's planned to reach the amount of 1 million square metres of new buildings. It's great, said Alexey Chernyshov, that the Government of the country pays much attention to the housing program. It's expressed in a number of different programmes, in credit activities, in sponsorship.
The mayor of Orsk was short in his speech. He thanked everyone, who is related to the event, and he assured that the construction in Orsk will go on.
And Vladimir Pilyugin, the General Director of "Orsknefteorgsintez" confessed, that it's twice as pleasant for him to see this beautiful house, because 44 families of the employees from ONOS will live there. What can be more important for the family, than the private house, and security, that it gives! Well, I would find difficulty to quarrel with this statement, especially looking at the faces of the new occupants, waiting for the moment, when they are allowed to come into the house.
Of course, the new occupants of the house have to do much work, because their apartments need interior finishing. But in public spaces - in porches, tambours, spacious lifts - it's clean and clear. And it'll depend on the lodgers, if they could keep up this pleasant atmosphere. By the way, the house will be settled by half by the young families. Besides, some apartments will go to public sector employees and citizens of Orsk participating in the program on removal from emergency accomodation.
The family of Sukhodolovy-Nikolayevy doesn't hide positive emotions. Young father was carrying a baby in his arms, may be he was busy and that's why he didn't talk too much, but their mother shared her emotions with great pleasure. Their family has got a two-room apartment. It became possible due to the housing program, which is realized at "Orsknefteorgsintez", where both young marrieds work.
Victor Isaev, the Deputy General Director, emphasized in his short interview to "Orskij Vestnik", that social programmes are successfully realized at ONOS:
– The management of "RussNeft" in whole, and management of ONOS in particular, have always payed special attention to the social matters. Housing of the employees is a priority matter in the social policy of the enterprise. Every year the Company allocates funds for these purposes; the enterprise buys apartments from the real estate developer and distributes them among the employees. And people settle accounts with the enterprise.
– What are the criteria for the future owners of new apartments?
– There are lots of them: labour experience, merits to the enterprise, education level, living conditions. There's a special commission, liaising closely with the trade union committee, who compile lists of those, who need new accomodation. For 8 years of housing program 485 families of the employees got their apartments. 270 families are still awaiting their apartments, but I want to assure you, that work at the program will go on.
Meanwhile, official part of the event came to the end together with the departure of the official persons. And the new lodgers went happily to observe their possessions. Now they can discuss the perspectives of the forthcoming repair. Exciting moment, in spite of everything.
We don't share buzzwords, that this house became the first sign to the long-awaited building boom. On the contrary, we'd most like if this house is the first among the variety of buildings, which will constructed in Orsk one by one.
