"RussNeft" voted 50 million rubles for the subberers in South Ossetia.
Russian companies go on with humanitarian relief to the sufferers in South Ossetia. According to information from the Ministry of Social development of Northern Ossetia, OAO Oil and Gas Company "RussNeft" joined the all-Russian action of rendering relief to the sufferers. The oil company voted financial aid in amount of 50 million rubles.
We remind that on the night of August 8 Georgian military forces started war actions in the region of Tskhinvali.
President of Russia Dmitry Medvedev and the Chairman of the Government Vladimir Putin declared that Russia will never permit unrequited deaths of their compatriots and peacemakers in South Ossetia, and that Georgian aggression must not pass unrepulsed. Russia started peacekeeping operation in the region.
On August 12 President Medvedev signed the decree to end the operations to oblige Georgia to restore peace. During the war actions in South Ossetia 1.6 thousand civil inhabitants and 74 Russian peacemakers lost their lives.
