СИН-31 a new spin in work
OAO "Belkamneft" put into operation new pump stations СИН-31 purchased in 2008. The need in high capacity pump statiions capable to pump up high pressure arose in 2007 when the Underground wells maintenance shop of NGDU-2 (Oil and Gas Production Department-2 ) for the first time carried out large-scale hydrochloric acid treatment (LHCAT). In 2008 42 well-operations with the use of pump stations Ца-320 were performed. And during each operation about six pumps were used simultaneously. The point is, capacity of the pumps existed for that moment was substantially lower than it was needed for minding technical parameters for performing LHCAT.
The use of two pump stations СИН-31 enabled the specialists to release 6 units of the earlier used pump stations Ца-320, to reduce considerably the costs of special equipment exploitation and, as a consequence, to reduce the net cost of geological- and-technical works. Besides, usage of the new equipment permitted to increase the quality of technological operations, made control over following techniological procedures easier, as well as management of carrying out geological and technical operations on the whole.
"- Having purchased this equipment we now can save substantial financial means with better working results. New pump stations enable us to get necessary pressure, in the context of repeated well processing as well", - says Vladislav Ladiaguin, Head of UWMS. "- Up to the present we have worked only at well 324 of Tchernovskoye oilfield. Two pumps are quite sufficient for the needs of NGDU-2. "
At present at NGDU-2 they are expecting delivery of new containers for preparing technological liquids which will give the possibility to release oil tank trucks, which at present are used as a tank park. In future it is planned to use СИН-31 for various technological operations: hydrofuge insulation works, hydraulic jet perforation, processing of bottom-hole formation zone with a jet nuzzle, developing of wells by pump-depressor stations, including those for formation fracture.
