Orenburg. During the field works OJSC Oil and Gas Company "RussNeft" will offer discounts on petroleum products to the enterprises of the agricultural sector of the Orenburg Region. This information has been provided by the press-service of "RussNeft".
The report says, that the discount sale of petroleum products to the enterprises of the agricultural sector of the Orenburg Region is conducted under the Agreement signed between the Administration of the Orenburg Region and the Management of "RussNeft".
In March - May 2009 OJSC "Orenburgnefteprodukt" (the subsidiary enterprise of "RussNeft") has sold to the agricultural enterprises of the Orenburg Region 34 thousand tons of diesel oil and 4 thousand tons of gasoil "Normal-80" at a discount 5%-7% from wholesale arm's-length prices in the oil depots of the enterprise. That said the discount amount made more than 30 million Rubles.
The report also says, that "RussNeft" is going to give support to the agricultural sector of the Orenburg Region during the summer and autumn harvest-works. Oil products quota will be monthly specified.
"RussNeft" is among the top ten oil and gas companies of the Russian Federation. In 2007 the production level made 14.2 million tons, throughput - 7.4 million tons. Total recoverable reserves exceed 630 million tons. "RussNeft" structure encompasses 21 extractive enterprises, 2 refineries, oil terminal in the Bryansk region, and also 96 gas filling stations in the Orenburg Region. The enterprises of the company are situated in 14 regions of Russia and CIS.
The authorized capital of the company makes 100 million Rubles. To this amoun there were issued 100 thous of ordinary shares par value 1 thous Rubles.
