"Ulianovskneft" introguces and upgrades pover-saving technologies
Ulianovsk. OAO "Ulianovskneft", has worked out a program for 2009-2010 within the frames of implementation of the project on introduction and upgrading power-saving technologies. The document includes quite a number of activities in the sphere of applying power-saving technologies for oil production and treatment.
Introduction of up-to-date oil production equipment: electric centriugal pumps (ECP) and beam-balanced screw pumps (BSP)along with using frequency regulation stations permit to reduce standard power consumption norm for 1 ton of produced oil from 107.4 kWh/ton to 104.7 kWh/ton. The economic effect for the first six months of 2009 amounted to 2.6 million rubles.
The company introduced automated electricity metering system "AEMS Ulianovskneft" which permits to account and regulate power consumption at advantegeous time segments. This system enables the company to save monthly up to 300 thousand rubles.
