Scientific and research conference of young specialists at "Belkamneft"

The work of the conference was divided into four sections:  "Oil and gas production and treatment", "Geology, "Oilfield equipment metrology, automation, energy, mechanics and maintenance",  "Information systems, economics and management of a plant". More than thirty specialists under 28 years submitted their projects aimed at making the company more successful, efficient and profitable.
The winner of the section "Oil and gas production and treatment" was the leading engineer of the production  group of Oil and Gas Production Department -2 Georgy Kuzmin with his project "The prospects pf using PDN pumps at the wells complicated with mechnical admixtures. " The jury pronounced the winner of  the section
"Oilfield equipment metrology, automation, energy, mechanics and maintenance" Alexandr Vedernikov, a fitter of Electrical Control and Instrumentation with the project "Optimization of bottom water acount at the basis pf the instrument URSV "Vzlet" "Viatka"  Oil and Gas Production Department -1"/ The firat place at the section "Geology" was won by Roman Studinsky, engineer of metering ststion with the project "Grounfing of introduction of dual completion at Visey facility of Arlanskoye oilfield." The winner of the section "Information systems, economics and management of a plant" became Alexandr Hezurian, an engineer-progammer with the project "Using PCs as diskless working stations at the plant"
          All the projects fetured practicality and can be applied at opur plant", underlined the General Director of "Belkamneft" Yuri Fedorov. "I'm sure that next year many ideas of our youg specialists, submitted in their reports today, will be practically introduced at the facilities of the company. We try to support and stimulate the tendency fot innovations the young have."
Traditionally, after the results of the conferebce ha been announced, the winners received diplonas and valluable presents.
