«Ulyanovskneft» starts a project on utilization of reservoir water at Oil and Gas Production Division "Penzaneft"
Ulyanovsk. ОАО «Ulyanovskneft», the subsidiary enterprise of OJSC Oil and Gas Company «RussNeft», has started a project on utilization of reservoir water at Verkhozimskoye oilfield by conversion of oil wells to the discharge stock.
Conversion of oil well №77 of Verkhozimskoye oilfield from the production well stock to the absorbing stock will be carried out by way of punching of Serpukhovskoye oil reservoir.
Realization of the project is determined by the necessity of well optimization of Verkhozimskoye oilfield, which is conditioned by the limited capacity of water disposal in the wells of reservoir pressure maintenance.
This project will allow the Company to obtain additional economic benefit, to implement drilling program and to increase the planned level of geological and technical measures
