"Orsknefteorgsintez" increased oil processing in January-February by 14 %.
Orsk. OAO "Orsknefteorgsintez" (ONOS - the largest refinery in Orenburg region) increased oil production in the beginning of the year by 14% as compared with the analogous period of the last year - up to 808 thousand tons according to the information received by RIA "Novosti" from a press-officer of the refinery.
"In particular, production output of gasoline increased by 18.5% as compared with January-February of 2009 - on the total we produced more than 127 tons of different kinds of gasoline", - said the interlocutor of the agency. According to his words, from the beginning of the year ONOS has also produced more than 244 thousand tons of Diesel oil, (23.5% more than in the analogous period of 2009) and more than 30 thousand tons of aviation kerosene (8% growth).
OAO "Orsknefteorgsintez" is a subsidiary refinery of the company "RussNeft". Production capacity of the refinery is about 6.6 million tons per year. The range of technological processes enables the plant to produce 30 different kinds of products.
