"Orsknefteorgsintez" is implementing the energy saving program.
Orsk. OAO "Orsknefteorgsintez", a subsidiary of OAO NK "RussNeft" is systematically implementing a targeted program of energy saving and costs control in the sphere of energy consumption. Implementation of the program is in conformity with the policy of the Government of the RF which is planning by 2011 to have transferred all the energy consumers to free prices in order to stimulate introducing of energy saving technologies.
One of the trends of ONOS's targeted program is strict costs control and costs optimization in the sphere of energy consumption. Thus, in 2009 "Orsknefteorgsintez" achieved energy costs saving in amount of 40 million rubles.
Such an economic effect was reached owing to two factors. First, ONOS applies automated system of commercial energy account (ASCEA) which proved to be highly efficient. It permits to perform precise planning of the energy necessary for maintaining operational activity of the plant. Coincidence of the targeted and real consumption gives additional discounts off energy costs which permits to substantially minimize expenditures. Second, in 2009 "Orskenfteorgsintez" managed to find energy supplier for production at wholesale market with minimal prices and it also contrubuted to costs saving.
