OAO “Ulyanovskneft” at Novobesovsky Preliminary Water Removal Unit (PWRU) carries out start-up operations of the flaring system.
Ulyanovsk. OAO “Ulyanovskneft”, a subsidiary of OAO NK “Russneft”, puts into operation the flaring system at Novobesovsky PWRU. A new project flaring system is equipped with automatic remote control unit located in the control room.
The regulation of the parameters of gas outlet in the pipelines of flare system at the territory of oil gathering station is accomplished with the help of automatic blocking and regulating devices. For the emergency firing up of the flaring system gas line supply with natural gas is provided. Specialized organizations implement installation, testing and putting into operation the new flaring system in strict accordance with “ Safety regulations of gas distribution and gas consumption systems”. Putting into operation the project flambeau light at Novobesovskoye PWRU will considerably improve the personnel’s working conditions and will ensure industrial safety, labor protection and ecology requirements.
