Oilmen were acknowledged the best investors
Saratov. Yesterday at the government of the Saratov region there was held a ceremony of awarding the winners of the annual concourse “Investor’2009”. The concourse committee named 16 winners in different branches of economy. In the nomination “Investor of the year in the field of subsoil use” OAO “Saratovneftegas” (a subsidiary of “RussNeft”) was the winner.
In 2009 “Saratovneftegas” exceeded the target of oil and gas condensate production by 3.4%, the level of consolidated production for all the oilfields of the enterprise exceeded 1 million tons. The output of associated and natural gas production amounted 535 million cubic meters.
The enterprise implemented a number of projects in the sphere of geological exploration, including drilling of exploration well No 5 at the new Lusianinskoye oilfield, discovered three new deposits: a gas condensate one and two gas ones. Last year “Saratovneftegas” and its subsidiaries invested into ecological programs and industrial safety more than 50 million rubles.
“Saratovneftegas” actively participates in the regional program “Development and use of hydrocarbon stock base for supply of gas to consumers of the Saratov Region”. The oilmen’s investments are assigned for reconstruction of technological objects, supplying gas to the settlements of our guberniya. In 2009 the company reconstructed oil treatment unit “Griaznushinskaya”, Uritskiye head works, Oktiabrsky and Pionersky gathering points. The work done contributed to growth of the percentage of associated gas utilization and improving ecological situation in production areas. At present the company continues upgrading gas compressor station Stepnovskaya, the result of the reconstruction is expected to double its productivity.
Investments of “Saratovneftegas” in human resources in 2009 amounted to 34.2 million rubles – this is the sum assigned for social programs within the frames of collective agreement. At the account of the company personnel is provided with the polices of voluntary health insurance, cultural and sport events are arranged, employees and their children receive vouchers to sanatoriums and resorts, employees and veterans of the company get financial support.
In 2010 “Saratovneftegas” is planning to develop all the trends of its activity further.
