The company doubled the volume of educational services
Saratov. In conformity with the labor market demand the corporate educational center of "Saratovneftegas" is continuing development of new professional training programs and the courses of upgrading for workers, specialists and managers. In the 1st quarter the educational center will double the volume of educational services as compared with 2009.
Last year there were launched new educational programs" Organization of ecological safety". "Fire Engineering Minimum", "Industrial Safety", "Drivers for Hazardous Cargos" . The educational center also opened a filial at the settlement of Stepnoye, Sovetsky District.
The center provides training for 109 professions of oil and gas industry, maintenance of lifting mechanisms, gas plants and welding works. The center includes a training ground featuring a 950 meters deep well and a drilling rig.
153 unemployed citizens and employes on the verge of being fired were trained at the base of the educational center in 2009.
