Moscow. OAO NK “RussNeft” redeemed debut bond issue in volume of 7 billion rubles, “RussNeft” informs. The company has also accomplished payout of the last, tenth coupon in amount of 211,632 mln. rub.
The issue, encompassing 7 million securities with nominal value of 1 thousand rubles each, was registered on November 24, 2005 with state registration number 4-01-39134-H. It allowed payouts of 10 coupons. . The rates of the first -sixth coupons: 9.25% per annum, the rates of the seventh and eighth: 12% per annum, the rates of the ninth and tenth coupons – 13% per annum. Organizer, underwriter and paying agent is OAO “Alfa-Bank”.
