“Varioganneft” carries out pilot-industrial testing of oil-well tubing at oilfields of Variogansk block.

At the initial stage of industrial testing OAO “Varioganneft” operates 8 sets of oil-well tubing of three domestic producers. For the first time at oilfields of Variogan block the enterprise implements producing technology using oil-well tubing, lined with polymeric materials. Innovation will allow OAO “Varioganneft” to abandon expensive technology on well heating with cable lines to protect from hydro-paraffin deposits.
Due to new technologies the enterprise will not only minimize the amount of premature failures of underground equipment at wells, complicated with paraffin deposits and corrosion, but also increase the lifespan of oil-well tubing.
