Subsidiary enterprises of "RussNeft" have fulfilled social obligations at yearend 2010

Nizhnevartovsk District, KhMAO. As part of the collective agreement in 2010 the subsidiary enterprises of Oil and Gas Company "RussNeft" - OAO "Aganneftegazgeologia", SP "Chernogorskoye", ST ZAO "GOLOIL" and OAO "Mokhtikneft" - have invested more than 34 million Rubles in realization of program of social support of the personnel, reported by the press-service of "Aganneftegazgeologia".

Nearly 9 million Rubles have been spent on the program of voluntary health insurance. During the year there were also provided funds for sanatorium-and-spa treatment of the employees and their families, for organization of children's summer holidays.
More than 3 million Rubles Nizhnevartovsk enterprises of Oil and Gas Company "RussNeft" have spent on social benefits. The money was aimed at providing financial assistance in connection with marriage, birth, anniversary, etc. There were also paid monthly allowances to women who are on maternity and childcare leave. There were made payments to employees called to service in the Armed Forces. About 3 million Rubles was spent on compensation to reduce the cost of food in the cafeteria mess hall.
Unemployed pensioners haven't gone unnoticed either. They received financial assistance for the International Day of Older Persons, the Day of Oil and Gas Industry, Christmas and New Year.
In 2011 the enterprises - OAO "Aganneftegazgeologia", SP "Chernogorskoye", ST ZAO "GOLOIL" and OAO "Mokhtikneft" - will continue to implement programs of social support. Social benefits package will remain without changes.
